We will design an exercise plan for you based on your current fitness level. We will choose activities where you live, that you enjoy doing and help you get learner and stronger at the same time. You will also have access to the Om Workout Library (6x 30-minute full body workouts) if you choose to workout at home.

My team and I will go over your current lifestyle, what you eat, your food preferences, health history and fitness level, to develop a meal plan that will serve your optimal health and fitness. All plans are designed to help you create healthy habits that stick, as painlessly as possible. In addition, you will also get immediate access to the Om Food Guide, with food lists of macros, healthy recipes and tips that will support your journey.

How does the program work?
Step 1 – Intake form: Shortly after you sign up, you will receive an email with an intake form. Make sure you fill the form in detail and submit it. This form will also ask you to submit day/time options for our primary call. You will also receive links to access all the bonus material including:
• The Om Workout Library
• The Om Mindset Series
• The Om Food Guide
Step 2 – Primary Consultation (Call 1): We will set up a day/time for our initial call/meeting. The primary consultation can be conducted via phone, Whats App, Skype or Face Time. This call usually takes between 60 to 90 minutes, as we go over all the details of your current lifestyle, the challenges you are facing and your fitness goal. The primary consultation can also be done in person, if you live in the Los Angeles area.
Step 3 – Meal Plan/Exercise Plan/Mindset WorK: A detailed plan will be emailed to you within 48 hours after the primary call. This plan will be based on your fitness goal, which we will create together during our call/meeting. We usually have clients send a food & exercise log at the end of each day for the first week. Logging helps to fine tune the plan.
Step 4 – Follow Up (Call 2 and Call 3): You will get 2 additional follow up calls or in person meetings (up to 60 minutes), to make sure you are on track and to answer any questions that come up for you. We recommend scheduling these calls/meetings 3 weeks apart, typically at the end of week 3 and week 6 of your program.
The follow up calls need to be used/completed no later than 8 weeks after our primary consultation.
Step 5 – The Final Session (Call 4): At the final session, two weeks after Call 3 (via Phone, What’s App,
Skype, Face Time or in person), we will access your progress, and you’ll leave with recommendations to maintain what you’ve achieved. If you’d like to have continued accountability, or questions pop up, you can schedule in 30-minute check-ins as you like, after your initial program is completed.
Q+A with Uma: Ask Uma questions at any point throughout the program, and get a text or video response within 24 hours.
